My name is Emma, and I'm thrilled to share my journey with you. For years, I've battled with fluctuating weight, trying countless diets and exercise plans without finding lasting success. However, one thing was missing: consistency.
After over two decades of dedicated service in the Royal Navy as an Engineer, I decided to embark on a new chapter in civilian life. But with this transition came a significant change in my health and fitness. My weight seemed to balloon, and I knew I needed to take control of my well-being.
It was during this challenging time that I discovered the power of consistency. By making small, sustainable changes to my lifestyle, I began to see real progress. And through this journey, I found a passion for health and fitness.
Driven by my own experiences, I made the decision to retrain and become a Personal Trainer. My mission? To help others like me navigate their health and fitness journeys with empathy and understanding.
I know firsthand the struggles and obstacles we can face on the path to better health. But I also know the incredible feeling of achievement that comes with reaching our goals.
