Payment Terms:
All Sessions and Packages must be paid for before the commencement of sessions. Payments can be made as a one off payment via BACS or 0% interest split payments via Stripe/Klarna.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any session cancellation or rescheduling.
Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the scheduled session.
Expiration Period for Session Packs:
The 6hrs session pack must be utilised within a period of 9 weeks from the date of purchase.
The 9hrs session pack must be utilised within a period of 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
The 12hrs session pack must be utilised within a period of 18 weeks from the date of purchase.
Sessions not utilised within the specified expiration period will be forfeited.
Expiration Period for Transformation Packages:
Transformation packages are activated from the agreed start date of the first session.
The start date will be mutually agreed upon by the client and the personal trainer.
The expiration period for the transformation package begins from the agreed start date of the first session.
Session Usage:
Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client.
Sessions cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be provided for any unused sessions within session packs or tailored packages.
Refunds will not be provided for sessions cancelled within the 24-hour window.
Refund Policy for Illness or Injury:
Refunds for unused sessions may be provided in the case of illness or injury preventing the client from continuing the training program.
Clients must provide relevant proof of illness or injury, such as a doctor's note, to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be prorated based on the number of remaining sessions and will be processed within 5-7 working days upon receipt of the required documentation.
This addition ensures clarity on the refund policy in cases where illness or injury impacts the client's ability to continue the training program.
Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to commencing training sessions.
The personal trainer reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions in the interest of client safety.
Prior to commencing any training sessions, clients are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
The PAR-Q questionnaire assesses the client's readiness for physical activity and helps identify any potential health risks or contraindications.
Clients must provide accurate and honest responses to all questions on the PAR-Q questionnaire.
Based on the information provided in the PAR-Q, the personal trainer may request additional medical clearance from a healthcare professional before commencing the training program.
Failure to complete the PAR-Q questionnaire accurately may result in the postponement or cancellation of training sessions.
Late Arrival:
Clients who arrive late for a scheduled session will only receive the remaining duration of the session. The session will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Empower Fitness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
By purchasing any session packs or transformation packages, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
